Operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, interpret engineering drawings, prepare setups and tooling, adjust G-code and M-code programs, measure machined parts, maintain machines, and ensure safe continuous operation. The role requires machining experience, Fanuc machine knowledge, imperial and metric measurement skills, trigonometry, and proficiency in French and English. This is a permanent, full-time evening position in Saint-Laurent, working Monday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to midnight.

Principales responsabilités :
- Être en mesure de comprendre et interpréter les dessins d'ingénierie;
- Être en mesure d'utiliser parfaitement les instruments de mesure à sa disposition et mesurer les pièces usinées;
- Être capable de faire des changements dans la programmation (G-codes, M-codes);
- Être en mesure de préparer les setups, l'outillage, mesurer les outils et work offsets;
- Faire preuve de jugement et assurer le fonctionnement continu des machines;
- Effectuer les tâches de maintenances préventives au besoin;
- Utiliser ponts roulants et chariots élévateurs;
- Travailler en respectant les normes SST.
Exigences :
- Posséder un DEP en usinage et un ASP en contrôle numérique;
- Expérience en machinage conventionnel et numérique;
- Idéalement une expérience dans le machinage d'équipements lourds sur tour verticale et horizontale
- Expérience sur machines Fanuc;
- Formation requise (pas obligatoire) : chariot élévateur et ponts roulants;
- Bonne connaissance du système impérial (pouces) et métrique;
- Maîtrise du langage de programmation (G-codes, M-codes);
- Capable d'effectuer des calculs pour le machinage de pièces complexes (connaissance en trigonométrie);
- Langue : Anglais et Français;
- Autonomie, polyvalence et débrouillardise.
Conditions de travail :
- Poste permanent, temps plein de soir, 40h/semaine;
- Horaire : du lundi au jeudi, de 14h à 00h00;
- Salaire offert : de 25 à 35$/h, selon expérience.
