This role requires a foundational understanding of computer vision and machine learning technologies, particularly for industrial applications such as defect detection, 3D reconstruction, quality assurance, and process optimization.
Proficiency in Python and C++ is expected. A solid grasp of mathematics, statistics, machine learning techniques, data pipelines, and software development workflows is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform and present data analysis based on supervisor requests.
- Create data/machine learning pipelines using popular cloud platforms.
- Participate in the development and improvement of software solutions.
- Test and evaluate developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong programming experience in Python and C++.
- Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and cloud platforms preferred.
- Experience with software development processes preferred.
- Experience in computer vision tasks such as image classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, or 3D reconstruction is a plus.
Education / Experience
- Currently enrolled in a university program.
Special Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to approach complex engineering systems with creativity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Normal sitting or standing.
- Average mobility within an office environment.
- Ability to perform standard computer-based tasks.
- May be exposed to an automotive manufacturing environment.
