What you’ll do

  • Develop the local marketing strategy
    • Create plans and strategies in collaboration with franchisees and internal partners, including contributing to annual plans and major campaigns.
  • Plan and manage marketing projects
    • Receive, analyze, reformulate, and follow up on marketing requests while ensuring progress, coordination, and understanding of the projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate creative briefs 
    • Write briefs for the studio, agencies, and suppliers, including image research, additional writing, and adherence to graphic standards.
  • Supervise the production and delivery of promotional materials 
    • Coordinate printing, quotes, production, and distribution; recommend formats and materials; and perform necessary validations.
  • Manage newsletters (email marketing)
    • Draft briefs, coordinate validations, conduct tests/QA, and support the programming of email deployments.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives
    • Participate in briefing meetings and support the online publication of marketing content.
  • Contribute to social media
    • Supervise content, scheduling, creative requests, and provide strategic guidance to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns (media, TV, radio)
    • Develop strategies, manage creative production, ensure technical follow-ups, write radio scripts and deliver files to partners.
  • Organize video and photo shoots
    • Manage logistics, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, talent, stores, and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative and operational support 
    • Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoices, process claims, support local operations, and maintain clear communication with stores/franchisees.

What you bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (FR & EN).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and creative tools.
  • Solid 360° knowledge of marketing channels (print, social media, digital).
  • Experience with social media management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
