About the Role

We're looking for a strategic Contract Lifecycle Marketer to build and optimize our customer communication journeys. You'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and analyzing automated campaigns within Customer.io to drive user engagement, retention, and key financial actions. You'll play a critical role in how we communicate with our users at every step of their journey.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns in Customer.io across channels like email, SMS, and push notifications.

  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for all lifecycle marketing communications.

  • Strategically segment our user base to deliver highly personalized and relevant messages.

  • Execute A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing to continuously improve performance.

  • Analyze campaign results and key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion) to identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to define key customer events and triggers for automation.

  • Maintain an organized and well-documented library of templates, audiences, and journey logic.

What You’ll Need
  • Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.

  • Direct, hands-on experience setting up journeys and campaigns in Customer.io is a must.

  • Experience working in a B2C consumer fintech, lending, or similar industry is a strong plus.

  • Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to write for different channels and audiences.

  • An analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting.

  • Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • A solid understanding of data segmentation and how to use it to create personalized user experiences.

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for minor template adjustments is a plus.
