We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in Marketing Compliance to join the team.
- Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance (FTC, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
- Provide general legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day business questions
- Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and report findings to leadership
- Develop and deliver compliance training for internal teams
- J.D. from accredited law school (bar admission preferred)
- 3–5 years experience in marketing compliance, advertising law, or related field
- Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines, consumer protection laws, and digital marketing regulations
- Ability to onboard quickly and work independently
