What You'll Do
Own the Strategy
- Build and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for Learning & Credentialing, aligned to business and learner goals.
- Lead GTM for new courses, credentials, and recertification launches.
- Develop full-funnel campaigns with clear goals, segmented audiences, tailored messaging, and measurable outcomes.
- Continuously refine segmentation using behavioral, demographic, and performance data.
- Integrate Learning campaigns into broader customer journeys in partnership with internal marketers and PMMs.
Drive Post-Sales Success
- Champion customer success marketing, adoption, and user enablement programs.
- Market to enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments with a proven B2C approach.
- Craft persona-driven strategies for end users, admins, power users, and execs.
Create Compelling Content
- Write crisp, conversion-focused copy for email, landing pages, social, paid ads, and in-product placements.
- Tailor storytelling to learning personas and journey stages to boost engagement and retention.
- Maintain brand voice while optimizing for performance.
Grow the Pipeline
- Design campaigns to acquire and nurture new learners across organic, paid, email, and in-product channels.
- Guide learners through progressive learning paths toward certification.
- Target high-value and underserved cohorts with smart segmentation.
Promote the Portfolio
- Partner with PMM to articulate the value of our learning and certification offerings.
- Elevate the brand as a core part of the customer and community experience.
Boost Engagement & Retention
- Build gamified learner journeys that drive milestones and ongoing progress.
- Activate behavior-based nudges and content triggers with the Learning product team.
- Design re-engagement programs for at-risk or lapsed learners.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Be the marketing lead for Learning, aligning product, content, community, lifecycle, and sales enablement.
- Drive internal readiness and campaign briefs to amplify Learning across all touchpoints.
- Evangelize learning and credentialing within the company.
Measure & Optimize
- Define and track KPIs for campaign performance, learner growth, and certification rates.
- Use behavioral and cohort data to sharpen segmentation and messaging.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize journeys and conversions.
- Translate insights into higher-impact campaigns.
- Experience marketing SaaS-based learning programs (e.g., learning paths, courses, credentials).
- Deep understanding of learning personas and archetypes, and how to market to them effectively.
- Experience with gamification strategies and milestone-based learning journeys to encourage learner momentum.
- Familiarity with cohort testing, segmentation, and performance analysis to refine marketing and messaging.
- Strong ability to align marketing outcomes with learner behavior and overall business goals.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, certification software, or self-service learning models.
