Calix is seeking an L&OD Analytics Program Manager to support the execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of learning and onboarding programs across Learning & Organizational Development. This role is well‑suited for someone with 4+ years of relevant experience who brings strong execution skills, growing analytics capability, and comfort working within established frameworks under guidance from more senior team members.

The role focuses on learning analytics execution, onboarding program delivery, and program operations, translating learning data into clear insights that inform program improvements and stakeholder decisions.

This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Please note that as part of the recruitment and hiring process, there is an in-person meeting that will take place.

Responsibilities

Learning Analytics, Measurement & Insights

  • Execute learning measurement activities leveraging the Kirkpatrick model, while incorporating modern, data‑driven and technology‑enabled approaches to assess learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports using modern analytics platforms, with an emphasis on automation, usability, and scalable insight delivery.
  • Analyze learning and people data across digital platforms (including the LMS) to identify trends, surface patterns, and generate actionable insights using modern analytics techniques.
  • Support data accuracy and integrity by partnering with HRIS, IT, and platform owners within established governance and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the use of standardized measurement tools, templates, and reporting practices across programs.

Onboarding Program Execution & Optimization

  • Support the execution and ongoing delivery of onboarding programs, ensuring consistent implementation of content and experiences.
  • Coordinate updates to onboarding materials in partnership with program owners and subject‑matter experts.
  • Monitor participation, completion, and learner feedback, using data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Talent & Culture and HR stakeholders to support a cohesive new‑hire experience.

L&OD Program Support

  • Support planning and execution for multiple L&OD initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Prepare analysis and materials for stakeholder updates and planning discussions.
  • Apply established L&OD processes and frameworks to support consistent delivery.
  • Contribute improvement recommendations based on data and feedback.

Learning Tools & Enablement

  • Support LMS strategy, execution, and ongoing oversight and governance.
  • Support adoption and effective use of modern learning technologies, digital platforms, and emerging AI tools within existing learning experiences.
  • Develop and update learning assets such as facilitator guides, learner communications, and playbooks.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest in applying AI‑enabled learning and analytics tools to augment insight generation, reporting and learning optimization, with appropriate guidance and support.

Stakeholder & Vendor Oversight

  • Partner with HR and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and support learning solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, sharing insights and progress updates.
  • Lead vendor and platform strategy and drive coordination activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in learning analytics, program coordination, HR analytics, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with modern dashboards or analytics tools, including automated or AI‑assisted insights.
  • Experience working with modern learning platforms, analytics tools, reporting systems, or structured datasets, including exposure to AI‑assisted or automated insights.
  • Ability to identify trends and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to coordinate work across multiple functionals.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working collaboratively within established frameworks and with guidance
  • Strong preference for experience supporting onboarding, learning programs, or people‑related initiatives
  • Exposure to, or interest in, emerging learning technologies and AI‑assisted analytics tools is a plus.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

San Francisco Bay Area:

104,700 - 157,600 USD Annual

Select US Metros and States:

91,000 - 137,000 USD Annual

Other US Locations:

81,900 - 123,300 USD Annual
