Ce rôle stratégique contribue directement à la réussite du projet en garantissant des solutions adaptées aux besoins d’affaires et alignées sur les standards technologiques de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

• Définir et appliquer les meilleures pratiques de développement et d’architecture logicielle;

• Encadrer et guider les membres de l’équipe sur les aspects techniques et méthodologiques;

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, affaires et infrastructure pour assurer la cohérence des solutions livrées;

• Optimiser la performance et la fiabilité des systèmes en mettant en place des stratégies d’amélioration continue.

Qualifications

• Maitrise des produits GW Cloud et plus particulièrement Policy Center, mais aussi de Claims Center et/ou Billing Center y compris les certifications GW requises pour bien jouer le rôle (Certification GW ACE); 

• Maitrise des langages Gosu, Java et AWS;

• Excellente compréhension des architectures logicielles et des intégrations d’API;

• Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et leur application dans un contexte d’assurance (ex. APD – Advanced Product Designer).
