It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.
Why this role?

The Go-To-Market Enablement team exists to maximize sales and customer success performance to support the growth of our company at scale. As a Lead Technical Sales Enablement Partner, you will be responsible for driving the success of our global Solution Engineers, Technical Success Managers, Professional Services, Support, and Solution Architect teams. You will oversee and implement strategic global Technical Enablement programs and help our customer-facing field teams build a deeper technical understanding of our product use cases, effectively demonstrate and clearly differentiate our platform capabilities, and deliver value to Snyk customers and prospects.

You will work closely with leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and contributing teams to develop and execute technical field enablement, product launches and trainings, and global programs. Collaborating cross-functionally, diving into data, and applying best practices will allow you to adapt, create, and scale technical sales initiatives. As an experienced Enablement professional, you will build measurable Enablement initiatives, create content and lead sessions, and evolve our enablement programs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Technical Training Strategy and Development: Collaborate regularly with Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Education teams to align on a strategy for scalable product enablement plans, certifications, content updates, and learning paths.
  • Training Delivery and Content Management: Build, deploy, maintain, and report on learning solutions and pathways by role. Create and manage a repository of consumable product training, demo videos, labs, workshops, and other resources for digital self-service consumption.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new technical hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their roles.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from key stakeholders and technical field teams to identify areas for improvement in training materials and programs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other relevant departments to stay informed about product updates and roadmaps, ensuring alignment between technical training and product development.
What You Bring:
  • You bring at least 5 years of Technical Enablement experience. Experience in a technical software sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • You have knowledge of modern software development and their associated technologies, and expertise in Application Security, AI security, and/or Open Source software is a plus.
  • You are experienced in writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs, along with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • You are skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.
  • Contribute to open-source or developer communities.
  • Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.
  • Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves.
