Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers.
As experts in Supplier Risk and Performance Management processes, your main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, to deliver best practice solutions and to ensure customer success, all while driving efficiencies and improvements.
You will work will focus on the Supplier Risk and modules, including Supplier Information Management and Coupa Risk Assess, however you will have the opportunity to collaborate in and develop expertise across the broader suite.
What You'll Do:
- Leading the implementation design with customers and supporting external implementation partners as a subject matter expert
- Advising customers on Coupa best practices, using industry knowledge to ensure the best possible functional design is implemented
- Leading and supporting customer design workshops to guide customers through the implementation journey
- Supporting design reviews and collaborating with Product Management on the strategic direction of the product
- A Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa’s Supplier Management Suite of products including Supplier Information Management, Risk Aware and Coupa Risk Assess
- Managing customers where up to 50% of your time may include travel
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in any of these areas: Procurement, Supplier Management, or 3rd Party Risk Management, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live
- Previous consulting experience with Coupa Risk Assess or similar solution required
- Previous senior consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Aravo, Archer, Process Unity, OneSource or other widely used 3rd Party Risk Management application
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
