Job Description

As RCL (Reitmans Canada Limited) continues to grow and continuously transform, our brands are evolving in real time to stay ahead of shifting customer behaviors, emerging trends, and new ways people discover, shop, and engage with fashion. To support this momentum, we’re creating a new Marketing Operations Lead role within each brand—working closely with the Vice President of Marketing, eCommerce, and Visual Presentation to drive smarter, faster, and more connected campaign execution.

This is a high-impact, strategic role that will shape how marketing operates across the organization. You will bring structure, clarity, and speed to multi-channel campaigns, ensuring every initiative delivers a seamless, on-brand experience for our connected, fast-moving customers. From strategic planning through execution, you’ll help scale processes, align cross-functional teams, and elevate the customer experience across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate brand priorities into structured, actionable campaign roadmaps and timelines that drive impact.
  • Own and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring initiatives are aligned, prioritized, communicated, and executed efficiently.
  • Build, structure, and manage project workflows in Asana, track progress, flag risks, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Lead alignment meetings to coordinate Social, Web, Email, Paid Media, Influencer, Retail, and PR channels for cohesive campaign launches.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Retail Ops, and eCommerce teams to support promotions, launches, and key seasonal initiatives.
  • Lead the department budget process and monthly reconciliation, resource allocation, and timelines across multi-channel initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity, emerging trends, and industry insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Synthesize campaign results and learnings to optimize performance and improve processes.
  • Act as an agent of change, improving workflows, processes, and marketing efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead special multi-channel projects, promotions, and initiatives beyond a single channel, helping the brand evolve in line with customer expectations.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign planning, or integrated marketing project management.
  • Strong project management skills and experience using structured methodologies and tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
  • Experienced in multi-channel campaign execution across digital, retail, and media channels.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Analytical thinker with strong reporting skills, able to identify risks and uncover opportunities.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability, efficiency, and high performance across teams.
  • Bilingual (English & French) to collaborate effectively with teams and partners across Canada.

Why Join Us

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of marketing at RCL, helping our brands move faster, work smarter, and show up consistently in a constantly evolving retail landscape. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional leadership experience, and the opportunity to drive meaningful change across iconic Canadian fashion brands while connecting with today’s dynamic and trend-drive.
