About the Role:

As the Lead Analyst, People Technology, you will be a pivotal leader in driving the strategic optimization and innovation of our HR technology ecosystem. You will lead complex projects, manage key stakeholder relationships, and champion cross functional process optimization to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role demands a proactive, creative, and collaborative individual with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects in the People Technology space ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive process optimization initiatives within HR operations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Own configuring and enhancing of our systems (ex. Workday) to support automation and efficiency

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across G&A departments, serving as a trusted advisor on People Technology solutions.

  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on HR Technology capabilities, best practices, and related technologies, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business needs.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and achieve shared objectives.

  • Define and track key project metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders, to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Deep technical experience with HR technology in fast paced environments.

  • Proven experience as a Workday HCM Lead Analyst or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday components and most functional modules, including HCM, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex technology projects and driving process optimization initiatives.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 

  • Strong understanding of Workday functional modules and security frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation.

  • Experience with the following tools is a plus: Workato, Gemini, Google Script, Visier, Lattice, etc.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $124,400 CAD - $186,600 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
