As a Researcher at Charger Logistics, you will work at the intersection of human-computer interaction and LLM advancements, contributing to the development of next-generation software systems and intelligent devices. This is a unique opportunity to generate novel ideas, collaborate with world-class researchers, and translate cutting-edge research into practical product features.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate innovative solutions that impact next-gen products including, but not limited to, logistics optimization platforms, smart wearables, IoT systems, mobile devices, and in-cab telematics.
- Work with research mentors to identify high-impact problems, review literature, and design novel approaches.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of interactive prototypes and intelligent systems.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and external academic or industry audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate research results into real-world applications.
- Identify opportunities for innovation at the forefront of LLM and AI technologies, and contribute to the development of advanced software systems engineering tools.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, AI, NLP, HCI, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in LLM development using frameworks like PyTorch, HuggingFace, or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in ML/DL and digital signal processing (e.g., time-frequency analysis, convolutions, filtering).
- Hands-on experience with Transformers, LangChain, AutoGen, Streamlit, and Gen AI chatbot development.
- Skilled in tools and platforms such as Chroma DB, Pinecone, Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and GitHub.
- Experience with human-subject research in HCI and building scalable, AI-driven systems.
- Background in requirements engineering or intelligent software tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated research impact via publications, patents, or presentations at top-tier conferences (e.g., ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP).
