Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal East, Quebec, from Friday to Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Under the supervision of the manager, you will rotate between several work stations with your colleagues.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Sort metals according to their physical and mechanical characteristics
  • Clean equipment and work areas to ensure smooth operations
  • Operate various types of machinery as needed (e.g., forklift, Bobcat, aerial lift)
  • Actively participate in the department's various activities
  • Keep your workstation clean at all times
  • Work safely and comply with the company's OHS policies and procedures

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You are professional, behave safely, and follow health and safety guidelines.
  • You are physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks such as sorting metals on a table or on the floor.
  • You are versatile, resourceful, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • You are willing to work in a dusty, noisy industrial environment, sometimes outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures.
  • You are able to wear the required personal protective equipment (mask, earplugs, goggles, helmet, coveralls).
  • You have knowledge of metals and experience with a forklift (assets).
