What Makes You a Great Fit
At Pebl, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic Knowledge and Enablement Specialist to support all internal operations. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous content review, learning, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the knowledge-sharing frameworks, developing impactful learning programs, and supporting a team of Knowledge and Enablement professionals dedicated to organizational growth, driving business results, and supporting a knowledge and enabling ecosystem.
How You'll Make An Impact
Knowledge Management
- Support and drive the knowledge management roadmap and content review cycle.
- Implement systems and processes to capture, organize, and disseminate institutional knowledge.
- Promote knowledge-sharing practices across departments and teams through multiple communication channels.
- Supporting monthly, yearly, and quarterly content and the Knowledge review model.
Enablement
- Monitor and assist in implementing learning programs that support employee development and performance.
- Collaborate with Operations & Strategy and other Pebl department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Deploying L1-L3 training surveys for all Operations completed training sessions and create
Team Support
- Continue with peer-to-peer mentoring, a team of knowledge and Enablement professionals.
- Support Knowledge and Enablement team goals, provide Enablement feedback and review, and foster a high-performance culture.
Technology & Innovation
- Leverage AI digital platforms and tools to enhance learning experiences and knowledge accessibility.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in knowledge management and adult learning methodologies.
- Champion the use of AI, LMS, and collaborative technologies to drive efficiency and engagement, and as the vehicle for knowledge sharing.
Let's Connect If You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Learning Design, Organizational Development, Knowledge Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Articulate, Canva, Camtasia, and learning management systems (LMS), content management platforms, and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) or Knowledge Management.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of Generative AI models
- Airtable
- Articulate
- Canva
- Camtasia
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
