Key Account Manager - Western Canada (Remote)

Join our team as a Key Account Manager and become a trusted strategic partner to customers across Western Canada. You'll combine technical expertise with relationship-building skills to drive growth and deliver solutions that create real business value.

Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. Key Account Manager’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. And will work on attaining new business and identify opportunities to organically grow current book of business.

  • Build lasting customer partnerships as their go-to technical advisor

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business

  • Deliver solutions that solve customer challenges and drive measurable results

  • Optimize pricing strategies and protect margins across your portfolio

What You'll Need

  • Knowledge of foodservice and hospitality industry market trends

  • Experience with distribution, end users, and corporate relationship management

  • Strong organizational skills with proven project and time management capabilities

  • Understanding of financial principles, P&L management, and contract negotiation

  • Ability to work independently on complex business challenges

  • Customer-first mindset with strong analytical skills

Location

This is a remote position based in British Columbia (preferred) or Alberta to align with our Western Canadian customer base. Approximately 15% travel required for customer visits and industry events.
