OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL
Llevar la relación comercial de E commerce & Omnichannel con los principales distribuidores y Marketplaces para consolidar el sell out.
FUNCIONES
- Ejecutar la estrategia y acciones de venta junto con el Sales Manager para cumplir los planes de venta.
- Prospectar e iniciar acercamiento con clientes de las principales cadenas con venta de E commerce.
- Definir procesos operativos y de Sistemas de negocio para la recepción de Pedidos de las cadenas para realizar el surtimiento del producto.
- Definir catálogo de productos dependiendo de la negociación comercial con cada distribuidor.
- Supervisar la implementación del plan de promoción y medios en los sitios web de los minoristas, coordinando con las partes interesadas para mantener la coherencia y la alineación de la marca.
- Proporcionar contenido digital/POP personalizado para distribuidor.
- Gestionar la ejecución de campañas y el desarrollo creativo en colaboración con los equipos de marketing.
- Asegurar la estrategia de precios y promociones se está respetando en todos los portales de E commerce y en los distintos canales que pueda tener el cliente, de manera de potenciar la estrategia omnicanal de la compañía.
- Supervisión y seguimiento de facturación y cobranza a los distribuidores realizando conciliaciones con el área de cobranza.
- Generar métricas mediante extracción para el análisis de resultados (Forecast, ventas, rotación de inventarios, etc).
- Negociar con los distribuidores cambios de precios y nuevos productos.
- Realizar JBP y forecast colaborativo con los clientes de manera de asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de ventas, crecimiento orgánico de los cliente, contribución de la compañía entre otros.
REQUISITOS
- Licenciado en Administración, Mercadotecnia, o afín (Titulado o tramite de titulación).
- Office nivel avanzado
- Ingles nivel avanzado
- Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en puesto similar
- Licencia de conducir habilitada
- Deseable experiencia en plataformas de ventas WEB
- Manejo de exhibiciones en físico y web.
