Position Description 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of JSS Territory Representative – Saguenay, QC.​

The Territory Representative is responsible for educating, converting, and expanding the Milwaukee brand in addition to driving incremental POS growth through our distribution partners.

A successful candidate will possess the passion, initiative and drive necessary to work alongside our distribution partners calling on predetermined mid-market end users. They will work hand in hand with our distribution partner outside sales representatives with a focus on solutions-based selling.

What You Will Do 

The Territory Representative will execute all assigned field marketing activities to drive brand awareness, convert assigned end users and increase POS growth.

In this position, the Territory Representative will:

  • Work closely with our sales team and distribution partners to execute strategic conversion and sales plans for a targeted list of end users

  • Build strong relationships with our select distribution partners

  • Meet and exceed all assigned targets

  • Ensure that conversion programs are being used in a financially responsible manner 

  • Track and/or communicate plans, conversions, POS, metrics, and successes

  • Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s breadth of line in Cordless, Safety, Accessories, Hand Tools, PPE, and Corded products

  • Operate within the established budget guidelines

  • Collaborate with the JSS team strategies and various other Sales, Product, & Marketing roles

  

What You Will Bring 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 

  • 2+ years sales and/or marketing experience or equivalent  

  • Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications 

  • Must be bi-lingual (French/English) 

  • Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy 

  • Someone who works well with others and has a growth mindset 

  • A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment  

  • Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback  

  • Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 

  • Ability to travel
