The Junior Identity Management Administrator supports the administration of identity management systems, troubleshoots issues, monitors user access, and assists with policy implementation and training development.
YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Identity Management Administrator. In this role, you will assist with the administration and maintenance of our identity and access management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Support the identity lifecycle of user accounts
- Assist in the maintenance and implementation of identity and access management policies and procedures.
- Monitor user access rights and permissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of identity and access management training programs.
YOUR TALENT
- Understanding of identity and access management principles
- Familiarity with identity management solutions such as Microsoft Azure Active Director/Entra ID, Google Cloud Platform
- Basic Knowledge of user provisioning, single sign-on protocols (SAML, OAuth2, SCIM...), multifactor authentication
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, team-oriented and easily adapt to a complex environment.
- Experience with PowerShell is a plus
- Capable of collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken, able to translate business request into technical requirements
- Willing to work in non-standard PH time schedules
- Willing to travel for onsite support and training
