About the role

We're looking for an IT Technical Consultant to join our Endpoint and Acquisitions team at Partner Solutions (PSI)!

What you'll do here: 

  • Support our users (Employees, brokers and other IT teams) on both software and hardware components and act as a technical advisor.

  • Take tickets to solve users' technological problems related to the IT environment;

  • Provide support to our users for activities related to O365, EndPoint and other Cloud services.

  • Actively participate in our customers' migration to a Cloud environment.

  • Track tickets in the ticketing tool with the various support teams and external suppliers;

  • Provide technical consulting services: analyze needs, work tools and reference sources.

  • Implement new processes and tools to ensure the integrity and smooth running of technological activities;

  • Actively participate in making processes more efficient and automating daily tasks in order to be more agile and robust in our updates on the various tools and services offered to our customers;

  • Write technical documentation and keep it up to date.

What you bring to the table: 

  • DEC in Information Technology/Networking or any combination of equivalent training and experience.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune.

  • Very good knowledge of O365 (Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc)

  • Experience with Active Directory.

  • Good knowledge of Windows.

  • Comfortable working in a constantly evolving technological environment;

  • Available to work evenings and weekends (occasionally and when necessary) to update various environments and support projects.

  • On call.

  • Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
