The role requires PMP or PGMP certification and substantial experience delivering complex IT and software projects.

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate IT Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent, high-priority IT initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, governance, stakeholder and vendor coordination, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, reporting, and successful delivery of project objectives.
The role will primarily support initiatives involving cybersecurity, legacy infrastructure remediation, SharePoint migration, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise IT projects.
Requirements
- Manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules, and governance documentation.
- Define project scope, objectives, assumptions, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and work plans.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Manage project dependencies and interdependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
- Escalate risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support steering committees, project sponsors, and senior management.
- Coordinate business requirements and related project documentation.
- Support change management and communication activities.
- Assist with transition and operational handover activities.
- Ensure projects follow established governance, security, information-management, and enterprise-architecture standards.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Identify project delivery risks and take corrective action where required.
- Assess project outcomes and document lessons learned.
- Leverage Microsoft applications, collaboration tools, AI, and reporting tools to improve project delivery and communication.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, project plans, and related documentation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing IT solutions within a project-managed environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on large, complex custom software projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with information management and cybersecurity policies/directives.
- Active PMP or PGMP certification is required.
