Desjardins’s IT Foundations teams bring together the organization’s cross-sector IT capacities and provide ongoing support to a growing number of digital projects. The Foundations, Digital Experience, Process Automation and Cross-Sector Functions Department covers 16 foundations and supports Desjardins Group’s business sectors. It provides them with technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture targets and the needs of various teams. Its mission is to modernize and simplify the IT landscape while ensuring the security, stability and compliance of solutions. As part of this accelerated digital transformation, we’re looking for an IT platform administrator to play a key role in the evolution and operation of our robotization (RPA), business process management (BPM) and digital adoption platforms. You’ll actively participate in maintaining and upgrading the RPA (Blue Prism), BPM (TIBCO) and digital adoption (WalkMe) platforms to ensure their performance and stability. You’ll work in a dynamic and stimulating environment using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and you’ll collaborate with managers, architects, developers and other IT professionals. This position provides an opportunity to build modern, secure and high-performance IT solutions while taking part in a major transformation at a recognized cooperative leader in Canada. More specifically, you will be required to:
Provide technical assistance to users: Work with other teams to help them use the platform.
Monitor systems: Make sure that platforms are available, operational and stable.
Assist with incident management: Detect, analyze and resolve issues in real time in accordance with existing processes.
Document your work: Save incidents, interventions and processes in management systems as an information source for your colleagues and platform users.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of experience in IT platform administration, system administration, incident resolution or any other relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of the following technologies, languages or systems: Windows Server/Desktop, PowerShell, TIBCO BusinessWorks, Microsoft Active Directory, IIS and SQL, Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) basic networking (protocols, routing, firewalls, DNS)
Available for support on weekdays until 11:30 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (every other week)
