As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an IT Generalist Intern to join the team. The IT intern will assist in providing technical support to our team of developers and designers and will have the opportunity to develop and improve technical skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, workstations, and network equipment
• Contribute to the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and report anomalies.
• Assist in responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and help develop solutions
• Be involved in the physical moving and installation of infrastructure equipment
Requirements
• Basic understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to physically move and install heavy equipment (e.g servers and server racks)
• A professional level of written and spoken English*
• Capacity to work in a fast paced environment
• Must already be eligible to work in the country and possess any required documents (Visa/permits)
• Currently completing or recently graduated from a program of study relevant to the role

• Aider à répondre aux demandes de service des utilisateurs, à résoudre leurs problèmes et à développer des solutions
• Participer au déplacement et à l’installation physique des équipements d’infrastructure
Exigences
• Compréhension de base des composants matériels des ordinateurs, comme de leurs systèmes d'exploitation
• Compétences d’analyse et de résolution de problème
• Excellentes compétences d'assistance clientèle
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, comme au sein d'une équipe
• Capacité à déplacer et installer physiquement des équipements lourds (par exemple, serveurs, baies de serveurs)
• Capacité à s'exprimer de manière professionnelle en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral*
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
• Déjà être autorisé à travailler dans le pays et posséder tout document requis (visa/permis)
• Études supérieures en cours (ou récemment terminées) dans un domaine pertinent pour le poste
