About the Role:
We are looking for a Procurement Operations Buyer to join the Indirect Procurement Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day purchasing activities for our Training Centers, while ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and a strong customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, category managers, and suppliers, while developing a solid understanding of the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This role is a great opportunity to grow within procurement operations, working in a dynamic environment with a global scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day procurement operations for purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier interactions.
Guide internal stakeholders in the use of procurement tools, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance.
Coordinate with category managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Support resolution of operational issues related to orders, invoices, and supplier inquiries.
Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in procurement systems.
Contribute to ongoing improvements of processes and support deployment of new tools or process enhancements.
Participate in projects related to the deployment of the center-led model across Training Centers.
Key Qualifications:
Strong interest in procurement operations and willingness to learn the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, finance operations or a related business function (prior buyer experience is not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-service mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Ability to navigate ERP or procurement tools (Oracle, Ariba experience is an asset).
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to grow within the organization.
Fully Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken.
