Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Support network setup and troubleshooting.
- Help with cybersecurity measures and monitoring.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather data for IT analysis.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Assist with documentation and reporting of IT processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Knowledge of various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
