IT Business Analyst– 4 months Internship/Coop (Winter 2026)

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Analyzing business needs to define IT solutions.
- Conduct impact analyses and effort estimations to propose, get approval for, and document IT solutions using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.
- Support the development of solutions and analyses performed.
- Participate in testing activities with business and IT people.
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog.
- Write user stories consumable by developers and the testing team.
- Support and create change processes in the business units.
- Build and maintain robust, accurate, and accessible functional documentation for all company stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management
- Strong interest in business analysis, documentation processes, and product development
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for graphic design
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
- Bilingual (French and English) Required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Available 35 hours a week from January 5 to April 24, 2026
- Must return to studies in the fall semester after your internship
