This Position reports to:
Project Management Office ManagerABB is looking for a student with knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate will provide support to the business unit. He or she will work with the management team to develop SharePoint tools and support project managers in their tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping slips and track shipments of equipment from suppliers.
- Assist the documentation team with document management and transmission.
- File important documents in project directories.
- Analyze contracts and help respond to customer letters and requests.
- Prepare reports as requested by the manager.
- Follow up on invoices.
- Perform any other related tasks associated with these responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in progress (2nd year completed).
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite).
- Bilingualism (French and English) essential. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
