- A project manager with 8 to 12 years of experience, including at least 3
years in a large-scale transformation program within the banking or life
insurance sector.
- The candidate must have led complex projects from start to
finish (scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, closure) and coordinated the
integration of several interdependent workstreams.
- The ideal candidate is
autonomous, drives deliverables without follow-up, and takes initiative in an
ambiguous environment.
- On-site presence 2 days/week is required and
non-negotiable.
- Experience as a program PO (cross-functional backlog,
multi-workstream perspective) is an asset but not a selection criterion.

- Proficiency in Jira
and Confluence: Asset AND Representative: active use Desired, but not
mandatory: SAFe certification or equivalent large-scale agile methodology. An
asset OR representative: SAFe Practitioner, RTE, PSPO, or equivalent.
