Join Clario’s Client Training team as an Instructional Designer and play a key role in developing high-quality training materials for sponsors, CROs, site staff, and internal teams. Whether it's through on-demand eLearning, interactive virtual sessions, or live training, your work will help ensure the successful adoption of our innovative clinical solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain working knowledge and the ability to develop training materials in one or more therapeutic areas and product lines (Respiratory, Imaging, eCoa, Precision Motion or Cardiac)

  • Development of training materials like Instructor-led Training Presentations, Study-Specific eLearning, Paper Guides  

  • Develop training for at most 1 therapeutic areas per study 

  • Act as a backup for the training delivery team to provide virtual training sessions or attend in-person training sessions.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry 

  • 1+ years experience working in a corporate training role 

  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines 

  • Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs and to manage challenges that may occur during the training development process 

  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners 

  • Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly 

It would be an advantage if you have

  • Professional certifications regarding adult learning or instructional design are recommended but not required 

  • Experience with rapid eLearning development software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate360
