The Impact of an Inside Sales Representative at Coupa:


As an Inside Sales Representative at Coupa, focused on Supplier Offerings, you will significantly impact our organization by driving new business growth among Coupa suppliers. These suppliers seek to adopt Coupa’s solutions to grow their business and be more operationally efficient. Your role as a quota-carrying sales professional is instrumental in identifying and serving prospective suppliers. You will collaborate with the rest of the Supplier Offerings team to qualify new leads while developing your pipeline of opportunities. Leveraging the support of our Supplier Offerings team, you will deliver exceptional value to suppliers with varying levels of activity on Coupa.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospecting, building pipeline, and selling Coupa's supplier offerings and solutions
  • Taking ownership of your leads, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving new business results
  • At larger supplier accounts, engaging with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels, identifying pain points and decision-makers to develop comprehensive account development plans
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, providing proactive thought leadership and addressing prospect concerns and objections
  • Collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and Coupa partners to create joint vision roadmaps, demonstrating the value Coupa will deliver

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in software sales and account development
  • Self-motivation, and resilience
  • Expertise in leading sales cycles and closing deals
  • Proven track record of proactively hunting new business opportunities

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:


•Based in Bay Area, California: $85,000 - $100,000

•Based in California: $80,750 - $95,000

•Based in Colorado: $72,250 - $85,000

•Based in New Jersey: $80,750 - $95,000

•Based in New York: $80,750 - $95,000

•Based in Washington: $76,500 - $90,000


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
