Inside Sales Representative

Rate: ₱34,000 – ₱43,000 salary package

Job Overview

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for effectively promoting business on pre-owned vehicles to customers through various channels. The role is crucial in the sales process, from initial customer contact to follow ups if needed. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive products, strong sales experience, integrity and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. These qualities contribute to the success of inside sales representatives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment. The specific requirements may vary based on the industry, business unit, and product or service being sold.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

    • Provide information about available used cars, including features, specifications, and pricing.

    • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.

  • Sales Process:

    • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to the final sale.

    • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and budget constraints.

    • Collaborate with other team members, including finance and inventory management, to ensure a smooth sales process.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on the features and specifications of the pre-owned vehicles in the inventory.

    • Educate customers on the benefits of purchasing used cars and address any concerns they may have.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure the sale.

    • Close sales and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car market, is preferred.

  • A college diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably with background in Sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9 and Zoom.
