Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Enablement Team Lead to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of North American Sales Enablement, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance for our video security and access control solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, a passion for coaching and developing teams, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs and initiatives aligned with overall sales and marketing strategies, for the video security and access control Inside Sales team.

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs, leveraging various modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, online modules), covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitive selling strategies within the security sector.

  • Create and maintain sales tools, resources, and content, including presentations and sales collateral (process documents, battlecards, objection handling, etc).

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of enablement programs.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and optimal results.

  • Manage the sales enablement technology stack, ensuring efficient utilization and integration of tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach & Kaia, Seismic, Cornerstone)

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives, such as deal closure rates, new hire ramp up duration, and sales cycle length.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the overall North American sales enablement strategy and stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement.

  • Travel may be required (up to 20%).

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, specifically within complex B2B sales cycles in the security sector.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, Zoominfo, Cornerstone, Articulate).

  • Experience with sales training development and delivery for technical products and experience training on security technologies is highly preferred.

  • Experience with content creation and management for technical audiences is preferred.

  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed sales team is a plus.

Target Base Salary Range: $USD

$58,700-$80,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales enablement role, preferably within a technology company selling security solutions (video surveillance, access control, or similar). North American market experience is essential.
