The role involves designing and implementing technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud, managing integrations across enterprise systems, optimizing SQL scripts, and collaborating with various teams to enhance supply chain operations.
Block is one company built from many blocks, all united by the same purpose of economic empowerment. The blocks that form our foundational teams - People, Finance, Counsel, Hardware, Information Security, Platform Infrastructure Engineering, and more - provide support and guidance at the corporate level. They work across business groups and around the globe, spanning time zones and disciplines to develop inclusive People policies, forecast finances, give legal counsel, safeguard systems, nurture new initiatives, and more. Every challenge creates possibilities, and we need different perspectives to see them all. Bring yours to Block.
The Role
The Supply Chain Engineering team powers the end-to-end systems that drive Block's hardware supply chain spanning planning, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and after-sales service. We design, build, and manage the technology foundation that enables global hardware operations to scale efficiently and intelligently.
We are looking for an Information Systems Engineer who combines strong technical engineering skills with a deep functional understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud. You will architect, build, and enhance integrations, automations, and extensions across our Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem and connected enterprise platforms. You will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact system solutions. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who can bridge business processes, enterprise applications, and integration architecture.
We want employees to reside where they feel most creative and productive. You will be part of a distributed team and are open to sharing and adjusting to typical working hours.
