Role Summary: We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Sales Coordinator to join our marketing team for Bellesa Boutique.

As an Influencer Marketing Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking a high volume of influencer marketing deals, driving revenue growth, and building strong partnerships with creators and agencies. Your role will involve identifying and securing new influencer collaborations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Salary: $50,000 CAD Annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close a high volume of influencer marketing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand partners.
  • Negotiate deal terms to maximize ROI and ensure campaign success.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging influencer talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and converting leads.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications.
  • Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g. posts may be required at 6pm ET).
