And we’re just getting started!  We are growing fast and on a mission to find the very best talent in the world. If you’re ready to bring your bold ideas to a fast-paced, dynamic team, keep reading – this role could be the one you’ve been waiting for.

About the role:

Transformation Advisory is a newly established function that engages with customer stakeholders in conversations focused on business outcomes tailored to specific industries. In every engagement, we bring a business and industry lens to deliver insightful POVs. This role is Camunda’s closest alignment to the customer business stakeholder mindset, as such we focus on driving business transformation and outcomes over technical detail. We primarily support pre-sales pursuits to justify deal investments and expand opportunities, partnering with Sales and Solution Engineering. Periodically, we also support post-sales pursuits to drive adoption & renewal, partnering with Customer Success. While we aim to engage with business stakeholders within our specific industries, initial contact may begin with technical stakeholders as a bridge to their business counterparts.

As an Industry Transformation Advisor for the Financial Services industry:

  1. You will serve as a trusted advisor, engaging in 1:1 conversations with current and prospective stakeholders. In these conversations, you will deliver reusable, business-focused talk tracks tailored to your industry. These discussions are intended to build credibility, foster trust in existing relationships, open doors to new stakeholder relationships and influence investment decisions.

  2. You serve as an industry evangelist, engaging with multiple current and prospective stakeholders at events such as roundtables, panels, QBRs, hackathons, webinars, and customer fireside chats. At these events, you will deliver the same reusable, business-focused talk tracks tailored for your industry and may also create LinkedIn posts or short videos to amplify key messages. These activities are designed to inspire business transformation ideas within your industry and position Camunda as a strategic enabler.

  3. You will develop & maintain a catalog of reusable, business-focused talk tracks and supporting collateral that articulate key business transformation themes Camunda can enable in the Financial Services industry. These talk tracks and assets will be used by yourself in the 1:1 discussions and at events. They will be informed using your prior industry experience and ongoing market research. They are intended to address themes important to business stakeholders in the industry and elevate conversations to a strategic level.

  4. You will align & socialize services with GTM leaders and teams. As a new function, Transformation Advisory requires internal advocacy to drive awareness, buy-in and adoption across GTM. Alignment with GTM leaders on key talk tracks to create assets for and deliver in the field will ensure we’re meeting GTM needs without diluting our services. Clearly and continuously communicating the “what, why and when” of Transformation Advisory services to GTM, many who will be engaging with you for the first time, is crucial to getting adoption to support opportunity pursuits

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  •  Industry Experience: 10+ years experience in the Financial Services industry. Experience working in multiple business functions and/or driving business transformation initiatives in Financial Service firms is desired. Or 10+ years experience working at a global consulting firm, focused on the Financial Services industry from the business or management consulting perspective.

  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry landscape, operations, and trends.

  • Relationship Building: Track record of engaging with customer business stakeholders and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within Financial Services.

  • Change Management: Experience launching new teams and/or sales programs, leading change by aligning stakeholders, incorporating feedback, building out collateral and driving adoption.
