Main responsibilities:

Partnership Relations:

  • Identify new business partners to ensure required delivery capacity in specified cities or areas.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners by ensuring regular and effective communication.
  • Regularly assess partnership performance and implement improvement strategies if necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding partners' needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture, fostering partnership and growth.
  • Ensure that all activities carried out comply with applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • Work with our business partners and operations management to resolve concerns and complaints impartially, promote a constructive and cooperative approach to problem solving, investigate complaints and recommend improvements to policies, rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for communication with our partners to keep them informed of our products, services, information sessions, etc.

Cross-functional Relations:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that offer high quality services with a focus on value, revenue generation and customer focus for our partners.
  • Accompany the various stakeholders towards partnership and collaborative management to equip them adequately to fulfill their roles and responsibilities vis-à-vis our business partners.
  • Participate in daily operations in our various stations in your region.
  • Support the development of our compliance policies and procedures in conjunction with the IDC Compliance team.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Business Administration, Logistics or related field, or proven equivalent experience in related fields
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a partnership management role, with a focus on the transport and logistics industry is preferred
  • Experience in building effective business partnerships (essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Passion for leadership and collaboration to achieve the best value for Intelcom | Dragonfly and to develop mutually beneficial relationships with our partners
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to actively listen
  • Ability to research and apply learning quickly
  • Willingness to travel (50% of the role minimum)
  • Bilingual (French and English) - written/spoken (preferred)
