✅ Horaire
- Temps plein ou temps partiel, 1 à 4 journées par semaine (flexibilité)
- On va bâtir l'horaire ensemble
- 35h par semaine
✅ Rémunération et avantages
- Taux horaire selon le marché avec révision salariale annuelle
- Uniformes : Allocation de 150$ à l'embauche et 100$/année par la suite - tu choisies tes uniformes, on veut que tu sois confortable
- Soins de santé : Allocation de 500$/année - parce que ton bien-être nous tient à cœur
- Soins dentaires : Couverture pour toi à 100%, ta famille immédiate à 50% et même 20% pour ta famille élargie
- Épargne : Contribution de 1000$/année à votre REER ou CELI - on investit dans ton avenir
- Formations : Allocation de 500$/année pour les formations de ton choix
- Permis OHDQ : Payée par année (équivalent de 650$)
- Accompagnement en clinique : Une gestionnaire est sur place à la clinique pour faciliter votre intégration, répondre à vos besoins et s'assurer que vous vivez la même expérience employée
✅ Qualifications requises
- Diplômée d'une Techniques d'hygiène dentaire (DEC)
- Licence en règle avec l’Ordre des Hygiénistes Dentaires du Québec (OHDQ)
- Bilinguisme : Excellente qualité du
français parlé et écrit, anglais fonctionnel
- Maîtrise du logiciel Progident (un atout considérable)
