Job DescriptionThe HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and executives, helping to drive long-term organizational success by focusing on talent, engagement, change management, and compliance. This role is responsible for translating overall HR strategy into tangible results within the Global Operations pillar, ensuring people practices align with both business objectives and organizational values.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment:
Act as a strategic partner to leaders on all HR activities to drive business success and advance organizational goals and values.
Drive departmental outcomes that align with overall business objectives.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues.
Coach leaders on complex employee relations challenges and lead formal internal investigations.
Talent & Performance Management:
Identify requirements for and support the deployment of key HR frameworks and tools across areas like recruitment, compensation, benefits, and diversity.
Support business units by understanding the talent mix and recommending effective performance management and development plans.
Change Management & Engagement:
Advise managers on and coordinate engagement programs, proactively leading stakeholder engagement plans.
Manage change initiatives by advising on stakeholder impacts and formulating appropriate workshops and communications to support change adoption.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, CHRP or CHRL certification is an asset.
A minimum of five (5) years of human resources partnership or advisory experience is required.
Experience leading the resolution of complex employee relations cases.
Strong knowledge of HR legislation and labour standards.
Advanced knowledge of HR related practices, such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, etc.
Fluency in French and English (verbal et written). French is required as it is the language in the Quebec province.
Onsite presence based on business needs, at a minimum of three (3) days per week between Fulfillment Center & Headquarters.
