Job Description :

You will be the driving force behind driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth within our organization. As a critical member of our HR team, you will not only play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategies but will also act as a proactive consultant, advocate, and change agent for both employees and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce;

  • Champion Agile HR practices, ensuring that HR strategies and processes support iterative planning, cross-functional collaboration, and empowered decision-making.

  • Drive a culture of continuous growth by enabling impactful performance conversations, equipping leaders with coaching strategies, and fostering a feedback-rich environment that empowers employees to excel.

  • Leverage data analytics to provide insightful recommendations and drive informed decision-making, ensuring HR strategies are data-backed, agile, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business;

  • In collaboration with people managers and finance, participate in workforce planning initiatives that anticipate future talent needs, ensuring a seamless blend of skills and capabilities to drive organizational success;

  • Participates and executes strategic HR initiatives and projects including planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of such HR projects within established timeframes and guidelines; 

  • Champion an inclusive and empowering work environment by designing and executing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, enhancing the employee experience.
     

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • A background in HR, business, or leadership—whether through direct experience, a career shift, or a combination of both.

  • Experience partnering with leaders to solve people-related challenges, from team development and engagement to organizational change.

  • A track record of driving initiatives that improve performance, retention, or culture, whether through HR programs, leadership decisions, or business-driven solutions.

  • Comfortable coaching and advising leaders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Experience working in environments where priorities shift, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and a focus on solutions rather than rigid processes.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is essential as the role will be supporting customers across Canada and the US;

  • Hands-on strategic thinker with developed HR diagnostic and coaching;

  • Ability to “think outside the box” and see the “big picture” impact of decisions and actions.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills within a culturally diverse multi-location work environment.

  • Deep knowledge of driving change, enhancing leadership capabilities, and optimizing talent strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and supervision combined with the initiative to identify and resolve problems independently.

  • Demonstrated change agent with a learning attitude towards work and teams. Streamlines processes and promotes quality.
