About the role

The HubSpot Manager provides hands-on support and execution within the HubSpot platform for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams. This role focuses on day-to-day platform support, data management, campaign execution, reporting setup, and ongoing maintenance under defined guidance and priorities.

You will implement approved configurations, maintain data quality, support campaigns, and ensure HubSpot is used effectively and consistently by operational teams.

This is a part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery Support & Documentation
  • Support current-state audits by gathering information from designated sellers and stakeholders
  • Document existing workflows, utilization gaps, and pain points for review by Operations or leadership
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and changes
HubSpot Platform Support & Maintenance
  • Support day-to-day administration of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
  • Execute approved updates to pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, lead scoring, and workflows
  • Create and maintain workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and other HubSpot assets as directed
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including data hygiene, segmentation, and list management
  • Perform regular system checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure platform stability
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement (Execution-Focused)
  • Build and update dashboards and reports to track campaign activity, engagement, and A/B test outcomes
  • Execute approved no-code, low-friction improvements to data capture, properties, and user interfaces
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting and dashboards
Contact & List Management (Under Direction)
  • Clean and organize contact lists, including deduplication, removal of invalid emails, and field validation
  • Segment contacts based on defined criteria (industry, buyer persona, geography, funnel stage, etc.)
  • Upload, maintain, and manage lists in HubSpot
  • Create and manage smart lists for targeted campaigns
  • Tag and enrich contact records as required
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and marketing permissions (unsubscribes, opt-outs, consent settings)
Campaign & Automation Execution
  • Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot using approved content
  • Insert, format, and QA approved content within email templates
  • Set up workflows, sequences, and automations as directed
  • Execute A/B tests on messaging, cadence, or other in-campaign factors
  • Monitor campaign performance and share results with stakeholders
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support HubSpot-related requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams for access management and user support
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM support roles
  • Hands-on experience as a HubSpot end user and administrator
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
