The role we are offering you:

This HR Specialist Technology position supports various Human Resources projects related to the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems, processes, and tools. The incumbent will work closely with project managers and other centers of expertise to deliver on-time and within-budget solutions that support the organization's overall human resources strategy. The candidate must have a high level of knowledge in HR reporting and analytics. Are you ready to:

Report Writing:

• Analyze data and employee information for accurate report writing.

• Build and optimize reports and dashboards.

• Present data meaningfully and accessibly.

• Familiarize with existing reports, identify duplicates, and improve functionality.

Integrations or Training:

• Define functional requirements for business initiatives.

• Design and develop integrations using Workday capabilities.

• Identify and manage risks.

• Maintain and update integrations.

• Perform integration and regression testing.

• Provide documentation for internal audits.

• Develop learning materials and strategies.

• Align training with business goals.

Security:

• Configure and maintain security groups and policies.

• Assign organization roles.

• Provide documentation for audits.

General:

• Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

• Maintain customer-focused relationships with HR, stakeholders, and IT.

• Implement new modules or features.

• Use EIBs for data uploads and updates.

• Participate in operational support and Workday community activities.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Post-secondary education required (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in IT or Human Ressources).

• 8 years of relevant experience.

• Specialization in Human Capital Management, payroll, benefits, and time management modules (proficiency in at least three out of these four areas is preferred).

• High knowledge in HR reporting and analytics.

• Relevant experience working in a Human Resources environment using Workday considered an asset.

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of integration systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR policies and practices considered an asset.

• Knowledge of project management methodology considered an asset.

• Bilingualism (English/French)
