Are you driven by HR technology solutions, process optimization, and enhancing the employee and manager experience? As an HR Technology Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in analyzing, recommending, configuring, and evolving HRIS solutions, primarily Workday (Benefits, HCM, and Compensation).

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your functional and technical expertise in a collaborative environment focused on informed decision-making, solution consistency, and the continuous evolution of the HR ecosystem.

What you will accomplish with us

As an HR Technology Solutions Advisor, you will actively contribute to the performance and evolution of the organization’s HR solutions by:

  • Analyzing business needs expressed by the Talent and Culture teams as well as various stakeholders to fully understand issues and objectives.
  • Recommending technology directions and solutions aligned with organizational goals, target practices, and the existing technology ecosystem.
  • Assessing the functional and technological impacts of proposed solutions, including processes, data, integrations, and the employee and manager experience.
  • Configuring, testing, and implementing selected solutions in Workday and related systems, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Ensuring solution documentation, ongoing updates, and transition to operational support.
  • Identifying optimization opportunities and recommending best practices to further evolve HRIS solutions.
  • Working closely with internal teams and supporting administrators in resolving complex issues related to the modules under your responsibility.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience configuring HRIS solutions.
  • Has hands-on experience configuring Workday Benefits (required), with exposure to HCM and Compensation modules (an asset).
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills when working with business partners.
  • Shows a high level of adaptability, autonomy, and comfort evolving in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills, strong priority management, and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Stands out for strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Has a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.

Intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves daily conversations with unilingual English-speaking partners and colleagues, as well as reading, understanding, and drafting business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably take place with U.S. and Canadian affiliates as part of projects, workshops, and day-to-day activities.

The typical hiring range for this position is between CAD $96,861 and $139,208 per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
