About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support the business in driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders and the HRBP Manager to align HR strategies with company goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a positive employee experience.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
 

1) Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Partnerwiththe HRBP Manager to drive organizational performance through effective people strategies.

2) Talent Management 

  • Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs.
  • Support initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.

3) Organizational Change Management 

  • Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to advise leaders on team structures, role design, and reporting lines.
  • Support change management and organizational design efforts.

4) Performance & Engagement 

  • Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, calibration, and reviews).
  • Analyse engagement survey results and partner with stakeholders to implement action plans that improve employee experience.

5) Employee Relations Assistance 

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Document employee relations matter and escalate complex issues to the HRBP Manager as needed.

6) HR Data & Reporting

  • Utilize key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-fill, talent flow, etc.) to support decision making.
  • Monitor trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

7) Leadership Support

  • Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership skills and accountability.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership communication, meetings, and follow-up actions.
     

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8yearsofexperience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization
  • Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools.
     

“The target compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.”
