YOUR MISSION

Ensure a consistent, high-quality PUMA visual identity across all eCommerce on-model imagery. Own the creative direction on set and act as the final decision-maker for image quality and brand alignment.
Key Objectives:

 

Day-to-day scheduling of all shoot workflows across the studio, ensuring maximum utilisation without compromising quality

Sample management end-to-end: coordinating intake from global and regional sample shipments, tracking through shoot, and ensuring timely return

Workflow design and continuous improvement across the packshot, OMI, and AI-assisted production pipelines

Equipment maintenance schedule: all cameras, lighting, cyclorama, and booth hardware kept in shoot-ready condition

Studio readiness for peak season surges, including shift planning and temporary crew scaling

Briefing and directing Production, Art Direction, Styling and Postproduction, ensuring every shoot brief is understood and executed correctly

Building a performance culture: regular feedback, skills development, and holding the team to the PUMA visual standard on every output

Support the AI workflow integration — ghost mannequin swaps, background generation, 3D spin outputs — ensuring AI-assisted assets meet the same standard as studio-shot content

Budget stewardship for studio consumables, equipment maintenance, and day-to-day operational spend

Being the human connective tissue between the production team, the global content team in Germany, and the India operations function

YOUR TALENT
Key Requirements:
10+ years experience in fashion or eCommerce art direction
Strong understanding of brand-driven visual storytelling
Organisational capability to run a high-volume production environment at pace
Proven ability to lead on-set teams and make fast decisions
Eye for detail, consistency, and digital-first imagery
Experience working with global style guides
Strong understanding of target consumers and business goals, with the ability to translate them into the right visual outcome
