Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The Head of Site Merchandising Canada will be responsible for leading and optimizing our online storefront presence within the Canadian market. This role involves overseeing the website and app's functionality, user experience, and conversion optimization, specifically tailored to the Canadian customer base. Success in this role means driving significant growth in online sales, improving customer digital journey, and driving the commercial planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee all aspects of the Quince online storefront for the Canadian market.
  • Optimize the website and app user experience, conversion rate, and search engine performance within Canada.
  • Analyze Canadian market trends and customer behavior to inform storefront strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to execute online campaigns and initiatives specific to the Canadian market.
  • Monitor and analyze website and app performance data, and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Ensure website content and promotions are relevant and tailored for the Canadian audience.
  • Manage and resolve any technical or operational issues related to the Canadian storefront.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and drive online sales in Canada.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • +12 years of proven experience in e-commerce website management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian e-commerce market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret website data.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management and or organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
