Client General Insurance is undertaking a major modernization and enhancement program for the Guidewire platform inherited through its new broker insurance division. To support ambitious growth objectives and address the anticipated increase in business volumes, a strategic program has been launched to optimize and evolve the three core Guidewire modules: Policy Center, Claim Center, and Billing Center.

Although the solution is already in production, several enhancements and adaptations are required to effectively support business expansion and evolving operational needs. Three dedicated teams will be established as part of this program to deliver initiatives across each of these modules. we are seeking certified Guidewire specialists with strong platform expertise and solid knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. The work will primarily focus on commercial insurance, claims management, and billing operations.

This is a large-scale program with an expected duration of up to 36 months, offering the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of a strategic Guidewire environment within a leading organization.



Requirements
  • Develop, test, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter for commercial lines of business;
  • Define the development process for the team;
  • Mentor new team members on development best practices;
  • Communicate weekly with Guidewire technical advisors;
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for alignment and integration with other teams;
  • Develop development standards and best practices;
  • Participate in architecture meetings and solution design activities;
  • Manage pricing models;
  • Perform analysis and contribute to system architecture discussions.
