About FLiiP:

FLiiP is revolutionizing fitness business management through our all-in-one SaaS platform. We serve commercial gyms and multi-location fitness operators with a powerful suite of tools that streamline operations, centralize communication, and improve member retention. With over $4M CAD in seed funding and a 4x growth target in less than two years, we’re scaling fast across North America.

At FLiiP, we embrace the new era of AI and automation. We’re constantly experimenting with emerging tools, automation frameworks, and AI agents to break through bottlenecks and supercharge productivity. Whether we’re integrating APIs, deploying enrichment automations, or creating dashboards to improve sales execution, we’re committed to building a GTM engine that scales with leverage, not headcount.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer—a systems builder who can architect, automate, and optimize our go-to-market stack across marketing, sales, and customer success. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting tools, working across workflows, and enabling high-performing teams through automation, AI agents, and real-time data.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and revenue leadership to integrate tools, build custom automations, and experiment with AI-enabled workflows that increase efficiency and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

This is a 100% remote role, based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the GTM Infrastructure: Build and maintain integrations across CRM, outbound, marketing automation, enrichment, attribution, and data platforms.
  • Automate Workflows Across Teams: Use low-code and workflow automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or Bardeen to reduce manual tasks and improve speed to lead, enrichment, handoffs, and follow-ups.
  • Experiment with AI Agents: Test and deploy AI agents to handle tasks like outbound sequencing, lead enrichment, reporting, routing, and customer engagement at scale.
  • Tool Evaluation & Deployment: Vet and implement tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, FullEnrich, Hex, Lavender, and others—working with Growth and Sales teams to ensure full adoption and impact.
  • Systemize Reporting & Attribution: Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure (e.g., in GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, or internal tooling) to monitor campaign performance, lead flows, and revenue attribution.
  • Support Outbound & ABM Execution: Assist with segmentation, list generation, and real-time data syncing to support ABM and outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Improve Speed & Scalability: Constantly look for ways to increase the output of GTM teams without adding complexity—by eliminating friction, automating tasks, and surfacing insights faster.

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in RevOps, MarketingOps, SalesOps, or technical GTM roles within SaaS environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Bardeen, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of data systems and integrations—comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, enrichment tools, CRMs, and lead routing logic.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing modern GTM tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, 6sense, Lemlist, FullEnrich, Mutiny, etc.
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools like GA4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio.
  • Comfort working across departments (sales, marketing, product, CS) to build solutions with business impact.
  • Clear communicator with a builder’s mindset—someone who thrives on shipping and iterating quickly.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Background in growth, marketing, or data operations.
  • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or prompt-based automations for business tasks.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • 100% remote-first work (Canada-based role)
  • Health & Insurance Benefits: FLiiP covers 50% of group plan premiums
  • A fast-moving, execution-first culture where experiments are welcomed and speed is celebrated
  • A high-leverage role with full ownership of your stack, strategy, and roadmap
  • A tight-knit team, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the chance to shape a category-defining product

If you’re excited by the idea of building the GTM system behind a fast-scaling startup—powered by AI, automation, and a bias toward action, we’d love to meet you! 🚀
