At Linear, we are on a mission to create a new standard for modern software development. We are building the tools that empower the next generation of high-impact companies to do their best work. Linear is designed based on the practices and processes that distinguish world-class product teams from the rest: relentless focus, fast execution, and a commitment to the quality of craft.

Founded in 2019, Linear has become the default tool of choice for high-performance teams to build their products. Set up as a fully remote company from the start, our team is currently distributed across a variety of countries across the US, Latin America and Europe. We are a diverse team of individuals, all makers at heart. We love picking up new challenges and care deeply about the quality of our work.

Over the past few years, Linear has experienced incredible growth and has become an instrumental tool for many of the world’s best product teams. We are now layering a sales motion on top of our existing self-serve business to accelerate our ambitions further and bring the magic of Linear to even more and larger companies. This role will focus on helping to streamline and scale our sales operations and training programs. This hybrid operations-and-enablement role removes friction for our sales organization by owning critical systems and processes—from our demo environments to our onboarding curriculum—while collaborating cross-functionally to equip reps for success.

Please note: We are an equal opportunity employer and remote-only company. At this time, we can only support hiring within the US for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own sales onboarding & training programs: Design and manage onboarding for new reps—build curriculum, coordinate live sessions, and track key ramp metrics. Maintain a scalable approach that evolves with the team.

  • Manage the sales demo environment: Maintain realistic demo accounts that showcase key use cases, product features, and workflows across segments. Continuously improve the end-to-end demo experience.

  • Centralize and maintain internal resources: Build and manage a central library of documentation, sales collateral, and competitive positioning. Keep materials fresh, discoverable, and aligned with product messaging.

  • Drive GTM readiness for product launches: Partner with Product and Marketing to plan and execute sales enablement for new features, pricing changes, or positioning shifts. Deliver targeted training and materials.

  • Streamline tooling, processes, and automation: Identify areas where reps face friction and use tools (including AI) to optimize workflows—e.g., email outreach, lead enrichment, reporting, or internal comms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in business operations or enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Proven experience designing and scaling onboarding and training programs

  • AI-first mindset - constantly looking for opportunities to leverage AI and tooling to eliminate manual work, streamline processes, and enhance rep productivity across onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations

  • Strong project management skills, with an eye for process optimization and data accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable creating both documentation and live training sessions

What We Offer

  • Interesting and challenging work

  • Work-life balance

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Employee-friendly equity terms (early exercise, extended exercise)

  • Paid lunch and coffee during workdays

  • Work remotely, no commuting to the office

  • Paid co-working space/desk at an office

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (US)

  • Regular team events and offsites

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation

  • 4 months of paid parental leave
