About the Role

The Sales team is integral to KEV’s success, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer impact through strategic execution and deep product knowledge. We partner across the organization to deliver targeted solutions, exceptional buyer experiences, and consistent performance and foster a culture of agility, resilience, and results.

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that accelerate performance and drive results for our new logo sales team. You will work closely with our New Logo Sales Team and other cross-functional stakeholders to support onboarding, ongoing development, and sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is credible, confident, and influential, with a strong background in SaaS sales and sales training, and is experienced with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Build and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, driving faster ramp-up and stronger sales performance
  • Develop and lead weekly training sessions for the first six months of a rep’s journey, enabling continuous skill development and product mastery
  • Create and maintain training materials and playbooks, contributing to consistency, scalability, and alignment across the sales org
  • Provide 1:1 tutoring and coaching for reps with development needs, ensuring individual growth and improved team outcomes
  • Support company-wide initiatives, including new product rollouts, tool adoption (e.g., Gong), and process changes

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for sales teams, especially focused on new logo acquisition
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales environments, with hands-on experience applying MEDDPICC methodology
  • Skilled in coaching and tutoring individual reps, with a track record of helping team members overcome development gaps
  • Strong presence and communication skills — able to command a room, build trust, and influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable leading onboarding programs, weekly enablement sessions, and adapting training to evolving business needs
  • Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and enablement platforms
  • Familiarity with the K–12 education sector is a plus
