Reports to: Director of Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead all growth marketing initiatives for That Clean Life, a product by Practice Better. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition and conversion campaigns to drive practitioner adoption of That Clean Life.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Paid Search, Organic Growth, Content, Partnerships, and Product Marketing leads to scale our growth engine. You’ll combine creative campaign execution with data-driven rigor—ideally grounded in an understanding of our practitioner audience, particularly Registered Dietitians and nutrition-focused professionals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Growth Strategy for That Clean Life across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement.
  • Plan and Execute Campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web that guide health professionals through the buyer journey—from awareness to paid.
  • Leverage Cross-Functional Expertise by partnering with channel leads and collaborating with Product Marketing to align messaging, offers, and timing.
  • Optimize the Funnel through A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting to reduce CAC and improve LTV.
  • Develop Lifecycle Programs including onboarding, nurture, and upsell sequences tailored to key customer segments (especially dietitians, nutritionists, and coaches).
  • Monitor and Report on KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS, churn, and retention—continuously refining your approach based on performance insights.
  • Support Content and Campaign Creation with value-driven messaging, campaign briefs, landing page feedback, and email content.
  • Advocate for the Customer, bringing practitioner insights into campaign planning and ensuring our content resonates deeply with our health-first audience.
  • Inform Product & Marketing Decisions: Bring practitioner insights to the table to influence product roadmaps, marketing content, and campaign positioning.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 1–3+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing—preferably in SaaS, digital health, or consumer wellness.
  • Demonstrated success running acquisition and retention campaigns across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and campaign attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with email platforms, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Preferred: Educational or professional background in nutrition or dietetics (e.g. Registered Dietitian or related field).
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to health professionals, dietitians, or wellness coaches.
Who You Are:
  • Growth-Focused: You thrive on experimentation, iteration, and results.
  • Customer-Centric: You understand how to speak to and support health practitioners.
  • Collaborative Operator: You love working with cross-functional teams and believe that great marketing is a team sport.
  • Self-Starter: You’re proactive, curious, and ready to own your impact.
  • Strategic + Tactical: You think long-term but aren’t afraid to get into the weeds when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in health tech, SaaS, or consumer wellness industries
  • Familiarity with EHR, practice management, or digital health platforms
  • Experience working with Product and Revenue teams on PLG and expansion strategies
  • Knowledge of product-led growth and usage-based value positioning
  • Hands-on experience with marketing, analytics, and enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sigma, Pendo)
Within:
  • 1 Month: You’ll be fully immersed in That Clean Life’s current growth landscape—understanding our customer journey, historical campaigns, acquisition channels, cross-sell performance from Practice Better, and retention metrics. You'll have built strong working relationships with the Paid, Organic, Lifecycle, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
  • 3 Months: You’ll have developed and kicked off a strategic growth roadmap for That Clean Life, including campaigns to drive new sign-ups, onboarding optimizations, and cross-sell initiatives from Practice Better. You’ll be analyzing early campaign results and collaborating across teams to drive improvements in CAC, activation rates, and engagement.
  • 6 Months: You’ll be owning growth performance end-to-end for That Clean Life, tracking measurable progress against key lifecycle metrics. Your cross-functional partnerships will be producing coordinated acquisition and retention campaigns, and your strategy will be influencing decisions across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
